Sydney’s restaurants are reopening and what a better way to celebrate this than over the long weekend coming up. Below are some of the most opulent restaurants in Sydney that will be open in time for the weekend.

Manta Restaurant which is located on Woolloomooloo Wharf opens today (4th of June). Boasting some of the best views in the city, Manta also offers a dining experience like no other, showcasing the finest local produce from the land and sea. Manta’s executive chef, Daniel Hughes, places a huge emphasis on fresh produce and, as with the seafood and meat, he knows the exact source of everything that passes through the Manta kitchen.

For the reopening, Manta has created a special la carte menu, feature a selection of the diners favourites. Open for lunch and dinner, Thursday to Saturday, Manta Restaurant is the perfect place to book this long weekend for fresh, delicious food, partnered with refreshing drinks and stunning views.

Nel Restaurant was happy to announce that they would open up their doors on the 2nd of June and will be doing so with a “trip down memory lane” menu. The signature restaurant will be offering dishes voted by their loved customers and will run this special for two months, then continuing onto a “once upon a time” menu, which will start the first week of August.

Nel Restaurant offers diners a unique dining experience, serving degustation only – taking away the stress of ordering so guests can sit back and relax. “A trip down memory lane” menu consists of tomato soup, charcoal pork, devilled whiting, cheese and onion scones, pea & ham soup, fish of the day, Lancashire hotpot, apple & custard, and eccles cake. Nel also has a broad variety of wines and cocktails. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, so make sure you book in quickly to get a seat.

OTTO is situated on the renowned Woolloomooloo Wharf and opened up this week for all day dining on Friday and Saturday, lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday, and lunch on Sunday. The restaurant is welcoming guests back with an a la carte menu of all the OTTO favourites. It is essential to book, so you are guaranteed a seat. The restaurant offers modern Italian cuisine, alfresco dining and trademark waterside views.

OTTO has remained a Sydney favourite for almost 20 years. The menu consists of fresh seafood and meats, daily hand-made pasta and a large selection of desserts. The food comes alongside a very detailed drinks menu, offering beer, wine, champagne and cocktails.
