Jacob Elordi established new Brand Ambassador for Chanel, begining with their new collaboration of Bleu de Chanel. 

Australian celebrity Jacob Elordi, as of April 2026 has officially been established as the new Brand Ambassador for Chanel. Chanel and Elordi have released a campaign centering around the fragrance Bleu de Chanel continuing Chanel’s brand of masculine beauty displayed by influential individuals. 

The iconic fashion house has confirmed Elordi’s lead with their new campaign for Bleu de Chanel, as well as confirming their premium counterpart L’Exclusif. Chanel’s official statement, Elordi was described as a modern interpretation of masculinity, an individual who eludes “freedom, mystery, magnetism and a balance between modernity and classic elegance.”

Elodri’s reflection on his new partnership, included his gratitude and honour in joining the brands legacy whilst also noting on Chanel’s fragrance universe which “has strong ties to cinema.” The celebrity was chosen for the campaign by his strong cinematic credibility within his projects including Saltburn and Euphoria. Elodri supports Chanel’s desire to collaborate and focus on ‘leading men of the moment,’ creating campaigns’ focused on masculine elegance.  

The Cinematic Vision

The new campaign ‘Bleu de Chanel’ is moving forward throughout 2026, focused around Elordi performance for Chanel’s viewers in a cinematic-style advertisement continuing the brand’s tradition of short film. The role will position Elordi as a symbolic individual for the fragrance representing independence, ambition and intensity. The campaign is set to establish Elordi’s long-term brand identity as Chanel utilises his image to refresh Bleu de Chanel for the new generation. This in turn will connect luxury fragrance with contemporary cinema, cultural influence and style. 

The cinematic, modern vision of masculine identity displayed throughout the campaign demonstrates Elordi as an embodiment of mystery and calm confidence. Relying on a short film to frame the fragrance allows a stronger connection between scent and cinema. Regarding the campaign visually, deep blues and coastal landscapes fill the screen framing the fragrance to focus on ideas such as “seeing every limit as a new horizon.” The wide, open landscapes including the sea cliffs and coastlines translate this idea representing freedom and expansiveness.
