Fisher & Paykel Unveils State of the Art Collection at EuroCucina 2026

At EuroCucina 2026, one of the world’s most influential kitchen and design exhibitions, New Zealand luxury appliance brand Fisher & Paykel unveiled its highly anticipated State of the Art Collection. Presented during Milan Design Week as part of the company’s immersive Nature Ritual exhibition, the collection represents the most comprehensive suite of flagship appliances in the brand’s history. Bringing together advanced solutions across cooking, cooling, wine care, dishwashing and fabric care, the collection demonstrates how technology, architecture and everyday living can seamlessly coexist.

The State of the Art Collection has been designed as a complete ecosystem rather than a series of standalone appliances. Fisher & Paykel’s goal is to create products that work together visually and functionally, allowing homeowners, architects and designers to build cohesive living environments.

Central to this vision is the evolution of the company’s Minimal Style design language. The new appliances are designed to sit flush within cabinetry, creating uninterrupted surfaces and a calm, architectural aesthetic. Fine detailing allows appliance-to-cabinet gaps as small as two millimetres, giving kitchens a refined and seamless appearance.

According to Fisher & Paykel Chief Executive Officer Daniel Witten-Hannah, the collection embodies the belief that great design should enrich everyday life. Rather than demanding attention, the appliances are intended to quietly support the routines that matter most, from preparing meals to entertaining guests and caring for clothing. The collection was showcased within Nature Ritual, an immersive exhibition inspired by the landscapes of Aotearoa New Zealand. Visitors were surrounded by natural materials, forest imagery, ambient sounds and sensory experiences that reflected the company’s philosophy of life-centred design.

Among the most significant introductions at EuroCucina was Fisher & Paykel’s next generation 30-inch oven platform. Designed with a sleek Minimal Style appearance, the oven combines advanced cooking technology with elegant integration. Available in black and grey glass finishes, it is engineered to blend effortlessly into contemporary kitchens while offering voice activation and intuitive controls.

Alongside the oven, the company showcased its award-winning modular induction cooktop system. These cooktops provide architects and homeowners with greater flexibility by allowing cooking zones, integrated ventilation and teppan modules to be configured according to individual needs. The result is a highly personalised cooking experience that combines functionality with visual simplicity. Food preservation also plays a major role in the State of the Art Collection. Fisher & Paykel’s Series 11 Integrated Column Refrigerators and Wine Cabinets form the foundation of its food care offering. Designed for complete architectural integration, the appliances can either disappear into surrounding cabinetry or become a deliberate design feature through customised finishes and material selections.

Advanced Variable Temperature Zone technology enables users to adapt storage conditions based on specific foods, helping preserve freshness, texture and nutritional quality for longer periods. This combination of performance and design reflects the growing demand for appliances that support healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.

Beyond the kitchen, the State of the Art Collection expands Fisher & Paykel’s vision into other areas of the home. Wine care receives a sophisticated update through integrated wine cabinets that can be incorporated into bespoke wine walls and cellars. Intelligent climate control systems, oak-accented shelving and carefully designed lighting help create ideal storage conditions while maintaining a luxurious visual presentation.

Dishwashing innovation remains a cornerstone of the brand’s identity. The iconic DishDrawer™ Dishwasher continues to demonstrate the flexibility that has made it a favourite among designers and homeowners worldwide. At EuroCucina, Fisher & Paykel also introduced a new integrated heat-pump dishwasher that prioritises energy efficiency without compromising cleaning performance.

The appliance captures and reuses energy during washing and drying cycles, reducing energy consumption by up to 50 per cent compared with conventional non-heat-pump models. This development aligns with the growing emphasis on sustainability within the luxury appliance sector.

Fabric care was another major focus of the exhibition. Making its Milan debut, the Minimal Style Fabric Care Cabinet extends the company’s design philosophy beyond the kitchen and into laundry and wardrobe spaces. Paired with matching front-load washers and heat-pump dryers, the system transforms traditionally utilitarian areas into refined and integrated parts of the home. The fabric care collection incorporates intelligent sensing technologies designed to respond to different garment types and fibres. By tailoring care to the specific needs of clothing, the appliances help extend garment lifespan while improving efficiency and reducing waste.

The unveiling of the State of the Art Collection positions Fisher & Paykel at the forefront of luxury appliance design. While many appliance manufacturers focus on individual products, the company has embraced a broader vision centred on holistic living environments.

By combining award-winning engineering, advanced technology and architectural integration, the collection offers a glimpse into how future homes may function. Every appliance has been designed not only to perform at the highest level but also to contribute to a more seamless and enjoyable daily experience. The collection’s debut at EuroCucina 2026 reinforces Fisher & Paykel’s growing influence on the global design stage. As homeowners increasingly seek spaces that balance beauty, functionality and sustainability, the State of the Art Collection demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform ordinary household tasks into meaningful rituals.

For Fisher & Paykel, the future of luxury is not simply about premium materials or advanced technology. It is about creating products that fit naturally into people’s lives, enhancing the way they live, cook, entertain and care for the things that matter most.
