Here are some of Prancing Horse’s most extravagant supercar experiences.

The Ultimate Indulgence – Sydney

For those who enjoy the finer things in life, look no further than this decadent VIP experience involving supercars, helicopters, limousines and yachts. You’ll be greeted at Sydney’s five-star Park Hyatt hotel with an espresso and the keys to three shiny new supercars: the Ferrari 488 GTB, Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 and McLaren 570/650S. The Ferrari, Prancing Horse’s namesake, is particularly impressive – the latest model’s twin-turbocharged eight-cylinder engine packs a powerful punch, taking the car from 0 to 100 km/h in three seconds and hitting a top speed of 330 km/h.

Embark on a thrilling three-hour drive along the breathtaking Central Coast, stopping at Bells at Killcare for a five-course lunch and wine pairing. Set on the lush grounds of the boutique hotel, the restaurant is the pinnacle of Italian fine dining, concocting dishes from fresh local and seasonal produce. Sample delicacies such as yellowfin tuna tartare with avruga, finger lime and shiso. After your meal, you’ll travel back to Sydney in style on an Agusta 109S-Grande helicopter, allowing you to enjoy stunning aerial views. After landing, you’ll be escorted by limousine to Rose Bay, where you will board your Absolute 60FLY private yacht. As dusk falls, you’ll sail across Sydney Harbour on a sunset champagne cruise. Finally, it’s time to relax and unwind during your overnight stay at Park Hyatt, where you can admire the serene harbour just outside the window of your Harbour View room.

Luxury Supercar Escape – Hunter Valley

This indulgent escape for foodies invites you to explore the beautiful Hunter Valley. Take the wheel of four different supercars as you drive through the stunning hinterland, mountains and wine country on a journey spanning over 200 km.

You’ll spend two nights at the luxurious Willow Tree Estate, nestled on seven acres of countryside overlooking the valley and its vineyards. For those who love dining as much as driving, there’s food galore, including dinner at the estate, canapés, refreshments and daily cooked breakfasts. Learn the secrets of southern Italian cuisine with a private cooking class hosted by Stefano Marvello, where you’ll try your hand at crafting pasta, bread and other traditional dishes. Then enjoy a sumptuous three-course dinner prepared by the chef himself. Throughout your stay, you’ll also be treated to a three-course lunch at Muse Kitchen, a private wine tasting at Keith Tulloch Estate and chocolates from Cocoa Nib. Plus, you’ll be accompanied by professional photographer Erik Rosenberg, who will help capture your memories of this unforgettable experience.

Supercar Drive Day Experience – Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley

Wine connoisseurs and supercar lovers alike will appreciate this day trip across South Australia’s Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Begin your journey at Mount Lofty House, where you will be introduced to the stable of luxury cars before spending the day handling the Ferrari 488 GTB and Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 for over 200 km.

You’ll drive through tranquil countryside and small regional towns, alighting for morning tea at the Bird-in-Hand winery. The next stop is Applewood Distillery, makers of artisanal gin and other spirits, then a degustation lunch at the restaurant of the Hentley Farm winery. Once the site of the old stables, the space has been transformed into a rustic dining room with stone walls and exposed timber beams. The restaurant has garnered 2 Chef Hats for its impeccable cooking, and most ingredients are harvested straight from the farm or foraged in the wild. On the last leg of the drive, challenge yourself on the winding, hilly Corkscrew Road before returning to Mount Lofty House.
