Bangalay Dining is committed to providing high-quality and unique food and wine experiences. Bangalay Dining has launched its new menu and bespoke dining experiences that can now be fully enjoyed at the property’s intimate on-site venue, or served to your own private luxury villa. The restaurant is open Monday through to Sunday, and each evening features a different dining option, with a different set menu each night.
Additionally, the restaurant has also created a six course tasting menu, offering local specialities using local, fresh produce. Alongside the delicious, unique menu is an extensive wine list as well as, cocktails, mocktails, beers and spirits.
Bangalay offers activities for guests, such as a dining oyster experience. Sample NSW South Coast Oysters prepared by Bangalay Dining Chefs in different ways with accoutrements which highlight the flavour profiles of the oysters. Each oyster is paired to a local wine or spirit, creating a tasting experience celebrating the best of the South Coast’s producers. Valued at $90 per person, the unique experience is a must if staying at the luxury villas.
