There are few better combinations than luxury seafood on a warm Sydney day. The beautiful indoor and outdoor settings make this restaurant perfect for a weekend lunch to a more intimate date night.

Quay

Located at the overseas passenger terminal at The Rocks, Quay hosts a most luxurious dining location with a panoramic view of the iconic Sydney Opera House to the Harbour Bridge. Executive chef Peter Laurel ensures that the menu continually evolves, creating progressive dishes and showing off his chef skill. Some Australian producers grow products specifically for the Quay menu. Newcastle Greens supply the red speckled peas, and Epicurean Harvest supply Japanese Tennouji turnips – adding to the exclusivity of the menu. A dish to look out for is the “Oyster Cream” created by Laurel, served in a custom-made oyster shell, with a mother of pearl spoon, the height of luxury.
