Cruise Bar’s drink menu can cater to all fancies. There’s a generous wine list with at least two choices of each variety, an array of beers and cider on tap, and a thrilling cocktail list. \
The cocktail names align with the Bar’s nautical theme, such as Sailor’s Mistress, Love Boat, and our favourite, Homeward Bounder; a fusion of rum, white peach, lychee and lime with subtle undercurrents of coconut and lemongrass. The menu also includes cocktail jugs with equally inspired names such as Sinking Citrus, Cabin Boy and Caribbean Quay.
Alongside the enticing drinks menu, Cruise Bar also boasts a mouth-watering food menu. With appetisers including smoked garlic prawns, roasted cauliflower arancini and cocoa-dusted pan seared scallops, your taste buds are sure to be inspired.
If the appetisers don’t catch your eye (we’d be surprised if they didn’t!), the mains consisting of ocean trout with shiitake mushrooms, nut-crusted eye fillet with nettle root puree and a chorizo-crusted snapper will surely ignite a spark.
Cruise Bar offers three spaces to hold functions; Level 1 Cruise Bar, Junk Lounge and The Rooftop. Each space caters to a different number of guests and provides panoramic views of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour and the city skyline.
Choose between an alfresco ambience for larger events with contemporary nautical-inspired styling, contemporary Asian-fusion styling, or a flexible indoor space adjoining a large outdoor terrace.
The Rooftop’s spacious indoor and outdoor area is tastefully furnished and boasts world-class status. Cruise Bar has teamed up with Canadian Club this summer to bring Sunset Socials to Sydney. The Rooftop at Cruise Bar is filled with live entertainment every Friday and Sunday evening this summer, and a stunning Sydney sunset over the harbour. With free entry and live entertainment beginning at 5 pm, Cruise Bar should be added to every social calendar this summer.
Alongside Sunset Socials, Cruise Bar holds a number of events throughout the year. Another celebrates the Lunar New Year this February, at the Junk Lounge.
