When it comes to stunning landscapes, Australia’s is hard to beat, especially when it comes in the form of the picturesque Forresters Beach
Multiple cafes and picturesque trails fill the area, which exudes a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive, made even more enticing when the Water’s Edge property at Forresters is the home base for your stay.
Designed by the architect Darren Tye, the building was completed in October 2020, with the existing property, a beach house from the 1950s expertly repurposed to fuse coastal charm with modern luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the beachfront popery in stunning natural light whilst also revealing the house’s unrivalled proximity to the water. By design, the beach-facing side of the home features a large alfresco room and a 3.7-metre ceiling that creates a functional space within which to cool off during the summer cozy-up in during the cooler months, taking full advantage of the gorgeous views all year-round.
The house features four bedrooms, with three of them having ocean views, allowing up to eight guests to stay at a time. Hotel-inspired amenities adorn the 3 ½ bathrooms across the property, further reiterating the luxury and spa-like elegance of the spaces. There is also a two-car garage, two lounge room areas with gigantic 75-inch televisions, a fully-equipped laundry, and reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the house.
While every corner of the luxury property is picturesque and ‘gram-worthy, it’s the deck on the home’s second level that will easily draw the most awe. Offering 180- degree views of the coastline, it is the perfect spot to take in the sunrise or sunset and relax with a meal whilst admiring the picture-perfect landscape.
