Laid down in January 1985, this cask began its journey in American oak barrels, before being transferred in December 2001 to an Oloroso sherry-seasoned European oak cask. Once the whisky is bottled in September 2024, this cask NFT will be converted into 150 individual NFTs, each corresponding to one of the bottles from the cask. These NFTs will be redeemable for the physical bottles in February 2025. Alternatively, buyers have the option to sell or gift their NFTs immediately after the auction, offering flexibility and potential for additional value.
