Dior has just opened a new seasonal store in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Located at 345 George Street, the luxurious store promises to offer fans a sophisticated and intuitive shopping experience.
The new store takes its inspiration from the brands iconic Paris-based flagship boutique. The boutique boasts an open layout that invites customers to browse everything from the French fashion house’s ready-to-wear collections and leather goods, to shoes and accessories. The boutique holds bot men’s and women’s Autumn/Winter 2020 collection, featuring moire effects of silks, embroideries and paisley patterns across a variety of greys and blues.
The new boutique will also boast the beachwear collection designed by Kim Jones in collaboration with streetwear icon Shawn Stussy. With spring firmly here, it is a timely collection that sees Dior and Stussy collectively deliver swimwear, hats, shirts and an example of the exclusive Dior x Stussy surfboard (limited to one hundred numbered editions, of which all four Australian boards have already been sold).
The exterior of Dior’s new store is just as sleek as the beautiful interior, which showcases the fashion house’s various designs in glass fixtures, interspersed with timber staircases and chic furnishings, plump lounges and monochromatic carpets. The muted pastel pink and grey colour palette, together with the spotlight-like lighting and floor-to-ceiling mirrors also serve to help achieve a serene yet futuristic look.
The store opened on the 3rd of September, so this weekend is the perfect time to go visit and start shopping.
