The 150 million dollar resort consists of five luxury residences and twenty-one beachfront villas, all providing five-star service and complete luxury. Kokomo can also accommodate a number of super-yachts of up to 60-metres and offers a multitude of packages to guests, whether they want to sleep on their yacht or on the island.

The resort has included some world-class amenities such as private pools, direct beach access, WiFi access, inclusion of all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), dedicated nanny’s for children, and introductory spa and dive vouchers. The villas and luxury residences are picture perfect and provide a peaceful getaway.

Kokomo Island as three different dining venues that all provide something unique. These venues include the Beach Shack, Walker D’Plank, and Kokocabana. The Beach Shack serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located on the beach with a deck and lounge area that offers amazing views over the horizon. Walker D’Plank is a smaller, casual restaurant and bar offering Asian inspired street food. The restaurant has a no menu policy, where the head chef creates dishes based on your favourite foods. Lastly, Kokocabana is next to the resort pool and is open for refreshments, lunch and dinner. The cabana has a smoothie, juice and dessert bar open all day and then from 11am onwards the cheese and charcuterie counter opens and the head chef begins cooking wood fire pizzas.

There are many activities on Kokomo Private Island for guests to participate in. Activities range from fishing, diving, scuba-diving and surfing, to sunset cruises, spas, yoga, cultural activities and sea trampolining. They also have a gymnasium, tennis and basketball court and both a kids and teens club for the younger ones on your holiday.

Kokomo Island is the perfect destination for celebrations, whether that be weddings, birthdays or anniversaries, all are the perfect reason to rent out the whole resort. The island has experienced events planners that are on hand to assist every step of the way. Kokomo will tailor each and every event to cater to your individual needs and desires.

The whole resort can be yours for around $230,000 per night. With enough room for 140 guests, it’s your choice whether you fill those spare rooms or keep the island quiet and peaceful. Alternatively, if you are willing to share the private island with strangers, one night in the six-bedroom luxury residence will cost you $21,453.
