Luxury french brand Hermès has opened the doors to its newly-relocated and opulently furnished Sydney store. Located in Sydney’s Trust Building on King Street in the CBD, the luxurious brand is displayed over 800 square meters and offers nothing but complete elegance.
The entrance for the new Hermès store is found on the intersection of King and Castlereagh Streets, and once inside shoppers will be blown away by the interiors. The colour scheme includes blue toned hues on the walls, which are complemented by the white-finished stucco. The ground floors plays host to a magnificent array of Hermès jewellery, watches, silk accessories and leather accessories. Hermès beauty products and fragrances are also found on this level, with one wall dedicated to the perfumes and colognes.
Shoppers can then find themselves proceeding toward the lower ground level, with a show-stopping marble and ash wood staircase. Designed by a Parisian architecture firm, the style of the staircase was made to represent the Australian home, channelling the Australian banyan tree. On this level, shoppers will find the renowned “equestrian” collection, along with ready-to-wear clothing and the large array of footwear.
In an Australian first, shoppers will also be able to view the brand’s homewares, furniture and tableware. Additionally, on the level shoppers can move toward the back of the store and have a momentary coffee pitstop to recharge not only themselves but also their devices.
In honour of the new location, the 1837-founded French brand has a number of specially-designed “objects” on offer. These include a Birkin Bag, with the French artist; AM Cassandre’s perspective design, embossed in gold leaf; a limited edition silk scarf; and a surfboard and skateboard. The store is now open and is allowing shoppers to come and experience ultimate luxury.
