One Sydney Tower

Well known real estate and investment group Lendlease have bettered themselves with the new development in Sydney CBD’s Barangaroo precinct, introducing One Sydney Harbour.

The luxury apartments have already made headlines, having sold their premiere penthouse and sub-penthouse for an eye-watering $140 million, purchased by a local buyer who plans to merge the two penthouses to create a three-storey home. The stage has been set for the remaining penthouse yet to be purchase in the second tower.

The penthouse, dubbed “Skyhome” perched on the top floors with 3-metre high ceilings, boasts spectacular views of Sydney Harbour, Darling Harbour with the Blue Mountains on the horizon. It has been mentioned that the master bedroom will be larger than most apartments. Private lift access via the lobby ensures no waiting time for the exclusive owners of the Skyhomes. Other features of the Skyhomes include rooftop terraces for entertaining, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

The creative minds behind this impressive build are award-winning architects Reno Piano and interior designer Daniel Goldberg, from State of Craft. They wanted to create something timeless, taking full advantage of the waterfront position. The building itself appears like crystals reflecting the sparkling harbour, taking in all light and the greeny below that Barangaroo offers.

Delivering one, two, three and four bedrooms along with the Skyhomes, each residence will also feature floor to ceiling window and a winter garden enhancing the harbour views. A winter garden is essentially an enclosed glass balcony.

Beyond the residence, the luxury does not end there; those fortunate enough to purchase a place within the towers will also have access to world-class amenities, including a concierge service, private dining room, wine room, and Orangerie; a fancy word for a conservatory or greenhouse.

Magnificently designed, One Sydney Tower may be the next iconic building for Sydney, but for those lucky enough to own a residence, they will also hold a piece of Sydney Harbour.
