Castle Residences is located on Sydney’s renowned Castlereagh Street in the heart of the CBD, and delivers an elevated experience of luxury city living. Designed by acclaimed architect Angelo Cadalepas, the new residences are inspired by the historic art-decor Porter House on which it rests. A seamless fusion of classic and contemporary.

The Castle Residences feature a combination of designer studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as a four-bedroom Penthouse. Each apartment will be equipped with free-flowing living spaces and framed eastern views across the city’s well-known Hyde Park and beyond. The building is built to capture light and enviable new views, opening up to various terraces that are surrounded by a natural climbing garden.

The interiors have been designed by Studio Aria, which offers a combination of oak timber and limestone flooring. The kitchens will boast appliances from Miele and Gaggenau alongside various other designer flourishes. Bathrooms within the large apartments also make use of stone bench-tops, large porcelain tiles and opulent amenities.

Those who will call these Residences home will also be able to enjoy other hotel amenities, such as a pool and gym, in-house dining, housekeeping, concierge services, valet parking and 24-hour security, which are all accessible via an in-house phone application.

The restaurants that will be opening up below the Castle Residences will satisfy both the homeowners and the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Henry’s Bread and Wine will be opening up on the ground floor/lobby, and is an all day cafe and wine bar, perfect for a morning roast and evening pick-me-up. Dixon & Sons will be found on the first floor of the building and offers breakfast through to dinner, with a delicious seasonal rotating menu. Lastly, on the fourth floor Spice Trader is the perfect cocktail bar created with strong historical character. Spice Trader is the signature drinking experience for guests and external customers and features an art and Asian influence in design.

Pricing is on request through Castle Residences, however for a guide, the designer studios will be going for approximately $1.23 million.
