Monaco Yacht Show (26th – 29th September 2018)
Just when you thought the most glamorous city in France’s south couldn’t get any more glitz, full steam ahead on to Monaco where every September this party destination becomes home to the largest display of superyachts in the world.
This annual show held at Port Hercules exceeds expectations year after year and becomes a hub for all sorts of people in the luxury vessels sector. It is the only show that devotes itself solely to superyachts that are more than 25 meters long, making it Europe’s largest super and mega-yacht exhibition.
The exclusive nature of the Monaco Yacht Show allows you to completely immerse yourself in the charm of the city and the admire the elegance of the vessels that surround you. It’s truly what dreams are made of.
Fort Lauderdale Boat Show (31st October – 4th November 2018)
The next stop in this year’s journey takes us to the USA’s sunshine state, where the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show will be held for the 59th time!
Fort Lauderdale in Florida is often referred to as the “Yachting Capital of the World” and for good reason. Their international show is spread across 7 locations, including some notable venues like the Hall of Fame Marina and the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina.
Fort Lauderdale hosts around 100,000 visitors from around the globe who come to see some of their 1500 boats on display. They have a range of special events, culinary and VIP experiences – for those who love to indulge in all things luxury. It’s a must on anyone’s itinerary.
Charter Yacht Society BVI Charter Yacht Show (6th – 9th November 2018)
According to our compass next, we head south to the snow white, crystal blue beaches of the British Virgin Islands.
No Carribean experience is complete without charter yachts. So why not completely satisfy your passions and watch on as a magnificent 75 vessel fleet cruise into Nanny Cay Resort and Marina in Tortola. Over the four day period of the prestigious yacht show, this small island sees many yacht enthusiasts gather from all over the world.
In an unbeatable location, the BVI Charter Yacht Show seamlessly combines all elements of yacht design and luxury experiences. Not only does is it home to a spectacular series of high-end superyachts, but also hosts a themed culinary competition where world-class chefs compete to impress a panel of judges with a three-course meal – Bon appetite!
Ocean Reef Vintage Weekend (30th November – 2nd December 2018)
Our final stop on the tour to finish the year that is 2018, allows us to flirt with other automotive vintage collectables as well as continue our long and devoted romance with all things luxury boating.
As we head back to the state of Florida, get ready for your dreams to come true as the streets of Miami are covered in vintage cars, the skies scattered with old planes and of course the bay filled with antique yachts.
It is a true celebration of fine mechanical designs and innovation throughout the ages. The event goes over 3 days with a variety of different events to tickle the fancy of any automotive enthusiast. In between the theatrical aerobatic aeroplane shows and the exquisite yacht viewing – dance, dine and relax with all Miami has to offer. It’s a weekend not to be missed, and the word is that this year’s event will be even better than the last.
