In this class, you will explore the decadent world of oysters and caviar. Hearing about the history of these products and learning how to serve and handle them will help you get the best results at home. Staff will also spoil guests with champagne and vodka tastings to delight the palate.

The class will include a sampling of premium oysters and caviar and a recipe to recreate at home. To ensure you enjoy this superior experience, you’ll be welcomed with canapes and sent home with recipes & notes, regional Sydney Rock Oysters from East 33 and 10gr Sterling Caviar from Simon Johnson.
