Nobu Coming To Sydney

Renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is finally bringing his global Nobu brand to Sydney this year. His third Australian eatery will open in December, located in Sydney’s new Crown Casino in Barangaroo.

Nobu is known for melding Peruvian flavours with Japanese cuisine and is renowned globally, with 42 restaurants and 10 hotels in 40 cities around the world. While the menu is not finalised, it is sure to be similar to the other forty-two restaurants around the world, with favourites such as the black cod miso and yellow-tail tuna jalapeno.

Nobu restaurants simultaneously a visual and culinary delight continue to receive unprecedented praise and rave reviews. The restaurant’s popularity and devoted following are a tribute to Chef Nobu’s innovation and traditional Japanese cooking. It will join sister properties Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth, as the exclusive Australian destinations for Nobu’s sublime dining experience. The Nobu menu from Melbourne and Perth are full of absolute delicacies and have the perfect beverage menu to complement each other.

Nobu Sydney will be joined at Crown Barangaroo by Michelin-starred English chef Clare Smyth’s Core, along wit another fourteen incredible dining options, yet to be released.

When finished, the casino’s tower will be the tallest building in Sydney, standing at 271 meters, with 75 floors. It will include 349 hotel rooms and suites, luxury apartments, retail outlets, a pool and spa, conference rooms, VIP gaming facilities and the opulent dining options.
